Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how subscriptions to Loom & Thread work, how to cancel, and when refunds apply. It works alongside our Terms of Service.

Try it free first

Loom & Thread has a free Hobbyist tier so you can use the core planner before paying anything. We encourage you to try the free tier first to make sure the Service fits your weaving before subscribing to a paid plan.

Subscriptions and renewals

Paid plans (Maker and Production) are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. We do not provide notice before each automatic renewal beyond what the billing cycle you selected implies.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it will not renew after that. You keep access to paid features until the period ends.

Refunds

Price changes

If we change subscription prices, the change applies to future billing periods only. We will give reasonable notice before a price change affects your renewal, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

What happens to your data

Cancelling a paid plan moves your account to the free Hobbyist tier; it does not delete your account or your weaving data. Some features and limits differ between tiers, so certain paid-only content may become read-only or hidden until you resubscribe. You can export your data from the app's data settings at any time. If you want your account fully deleted, contact us.
