This Privacy Policy explains how StitcherGuys LLC, a Kansas limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects your information when you use Loom & Thread (the "Service"). We aim to collect only what we need to run the Service well.

Information we collect

• Account information — your email address and authentication details when you create an account.
• Your content — the projects, yarns, looms, stash, notes, and files you add to the Service.
• Payment information — when you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe. We receive limited billing details (such as plan, status, and the last four digits of your card) but we do not store your full card number.
• Usage information — basic technical data such as sign-in times and activity needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

How we use your information

We use your information to provide and maintain the Service, to save and sync your weaving data across your devices, to process subscriptions, to communicate with you about your account, and to keep the Service secure. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run Loom & Thread: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), and Stripe (payments). These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and security practices. The Service may also generate written content using a third-party AI provider; the inputs used for that feature are limited to what is needed to produce the result.

Cookies and local storage

We use cookies and similar browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Data retention

We keep your account and content for as long as your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we will remove or anonymize your personal information except where we must keep certain records (for example, for tax or legal reasons).

Your choices and rights

You can view and edit your content inside the Service at any time, and you can export your data from the app's data settings. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To make a request, email us at the address below.

Children

Loom & Thread is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No online service can be guaranteed perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your data and to respond promptly to any issues.
